James Hawkes

James has more than 15 years experience as a Strategic Planner, Project Manager, Research Analyst, Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal, and Real Property Specialist. He has extensive experience in planning start-up developments, redeveloping and master planning existing sites, and creating capital and space plans for both public and private institutions, as well as broad experience providing consulting services to government agencies at local, state and federal levels. With an interest in smart growth strategies, James has managed and provided project oversight to a number of Greenworks Studio endeavors.
