During a daylong Grid neutral Workshop at the CA DSA, Elisabeth Newell gave a presentation on :”Can Grid Neural be Cost Neutral?”. She reviewed where costs are the in integrated design services and construction; and, how these costs can be offset through lower operating and maintenance expenditures. Examples of how GWS projects use life cycle cost analysis incorporated with advanced energy modeling to provide the most direct route to cost neutrality.
