The existing building was converted to include 73-single room units with private baths and kitchenettes and eight family units. A drug free environment, the end users are comprised of those who have recently completed recovery programs as well as those currently enrolled. Programming requirements included a two-story lobby space, a large community room with serving kitchen, a library, a multipurpose room for children, as well as social service, employment and property management office space.
