Harley Ellis Devereaux, working in conjunction with GreenWorks Studio, STUDIOS Architecture and GPR Planners Collaborative, is leading the rehabilitation of the existing Medical Sciences Building (MSB). Consisting of two distinct phases, the MSB will first receive a comprehensive renovation that will usher in new collaboration space, add new technology and convert existing laboratories into administrative and classroom space. Next, a sizable new addition dubbed C.A.R.E. (Center for Academic Research Excellence) connected to the MSB via a grand, glass atrium will house some of the most technically advanced laboratory research and teaching space seen in the Midwest.
